> We negotiate with the dealers to repair the vehicle to satisfactory standards.
> We verify the service history with the manufacturer and get more information if it’s
a partial service.
Sure, we will qualify the vehicle and make the export process quick and easy.
> We will forward you a zero-rated proforma invoice, in other words, an invoice with not VAT.
> In order to secure the vehicle, the dealership will generate an offer to purchase to
AVAAT and you will be required to reserve the vehicle by paying a deposit.
> You will make payment to AVAAT and we’ll make the full and final payment to the dealership.
> The dealership will invoice AVAAT.
> We’ll insure the vehicle and collect the vehicle with the registration documents and spare keys when the vehicle is ready to be released by the dealership.
> We’ll start the export process which includes;
1. SARPCO, Police Clearance.
2. ITAC Export permit.
3. Customs Clearance.
4. Pre-shipment inspections.
5. Other paperwork.
6. Dispatch the vehicle via preferred mode of transportation.
7. Once you and the clearing agent have finalized with your local customs agency, all roads lead to happiness.
